Snow Business web orders are currently only available for dispatch within the UK.
Upon receipt of full payment (which will not be taken until the goods are in stock and ready for dispatch) the customer will be given an estimated date of dispatch. Orders received before 14.00 will usually be dispatched the same working day (subject to stock availability). While every reasonable effort shall be made to keep this delivery date, the company will be under no liability in respect of any failure to deliver within this time scale or on any particular day. Where any delay is foreseen the customer will be contacted and informed of the situation and the new expected delivery date.
Snow Business will only accept goods returned if they are damaged or faulty.
Please check your goods upon delivery. If they are damaged contact us by email or phone within three days of receiving the goods, after this time we will have no liability for the items said to be damaged or faulty.
Please do not send back faulty goods without contacting the office. When returning the goods please include the original receipt with the goods. The customer is responsible for arranging the goods to be returned.
If it is agreed that the goods are faulty then we will contact you and agree a resolution to the problem by either a full refund or a replacement item(s). The cost of postage will also be reimbursed. We advise you to retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for postage losses. Our returns policy does not affect the customers statutory rights.
