Returns Policy

Snow Business will only accept goods returned if they are damaged or faulty.

Please check your goods upon delivery. If they are damaged contact us by email or phone within three days of receiving the goods, after this time we will have no liability for the items said to be damaged or faulty.

Please do not send back faulty goods without contacting the office. When returning the goods please include the original receipt with the goods. The customer is responsible for arranging the goods to be returned.

If it is agreed that the goods are faulty then we will contact you and agree a resolution to the problem by either a full refund or a replacement item(s) the cost of postage will also be reimbursed. We advise you to retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for postage losses. Our returns policy does not affect the customers statutory rights.
